Jennifer Smith
I’ve been in sales all my life. When I was 12, I created an elaborate carnival in my backyard and charged my friends an entry fee. In college, I sold handmade earrings long before Etsy. I bring this same creativity and enthusiasm to my work at Alianza where I have been for five years. I believe that good business is all about being fair and having fun, about delivering a quality product in an ethical fashion that benefits all parties involved. I see myself as part of a community, many communities, which is why I am actively involved in numerous local charities as well as civic and business groups throughout the region. Finally, I believe that we should all aim to find a work-life balance that honors the importance of being a good employee but the greater importance of being a good family member, friend, and citizen.
